Meet Tiny Girl!

Hi! I'm Tiny Girl! I am a sweet and loving little thing! I came into the shelter's care after my human went to jail. My friend, Charlie, and I were left alone for a week in our apartment during the super hot 100° streak—no food, no water, no A/C. After a week, a neighbor called the shelter for help. Why after a week? Because cats "can go two weeks without food." NEWS FLASH: NO. WE. CAN'T!

Shelter Mommy went to the apartment, and rushed us to the ER vet. I weighed only 4 pounds—but was stable, and they were trying desperately to save Charlie. His body shut down and he didn't make it. So now it's just me. I am looking for a home without pets. (I'm not fond of seeing other kitties in my room.)

I am doing great—gaining weight (2 pounds!), playing, exploring ... and I'm ready to go home!
