Hi! I'm Frank! I am the cutest and silliest kitty. I am deaf, but I have the biggest meow. When I see my people, I just let out a big, excited "MRROWW!" I love to play, and I love to sleep in the sunbeams. I am also very affectionate. I will come to you for cuddles and loving, plopping down right in your lap for a good snuggle session.

I came to the shelter after being found as a stray (and I had been obviously bullied by other kitties outside). I had some large, nasty wounds on my head and neck (which have all healed nicely). I look like a brand-new kitty! I am very handsome, with my crystal-clear blue eyes that gaze into your soul ... and maybe other portals and dimensions.

I would do best in a home without other animals. (And maybe somewhere without close neighbors ... unless you don't like them. Just kidding!)
