Meet Charlotte!

Hi! I'm Charlotte! (Long-time followers might also remember me as Buttercup.) My best friend, Samantha (then Callie), and I have been in the shelter several times over the last 4 years. We were adopted together as kittens, then returned 2 years later. Then we were adopted again ... and, well, you get the idea. We don't know why—we are great girls!

I am the Queen of Bleps! More often than not, you'll find my little tongue poking out of my mouth. I am very playful—I will chase a ribbon wand toy and pounce toys under blankets. Nothing escapes me! I am confident, but I am having a little bit of a hard time readjusting to not having the forever home I thought I did. I just need reassurance that it will all be OK.

If you're looking for a pair of incredibly sweet kitties, we are your girls! We need someone who's in this for the long haul. Being dumped because "something better came along" ... We need someone who will include us in their life plans—no matter what they are.

Meet Samantha!

Hi! I'm Samantha! If I look familiar (because who could forget this face), you're right! I have been at the shelter before. I used to be known as Callie. My friend, Charlotte (then Buttercup), and I were adopted from the shelter as kittens 4 years ago. A couple years after that, we were returned when our human got married. We were adopted again pretty quickly after that ... then they returned us to do other things with their lives. Which I guess didn't include us.

I am a sweet and playful calico girl. Right now, I am a little on the shy side. (I'm a confident girl at heart, but I am feeling a little confuddled as I get used to being back at the shelter.) They've built me a kind of blanket fort that I love being in. I will come out of my fort and rub against you, looking for attention.

We are not high-maintenance girls—I don't know why our humans wouldn't make plans with us in them. We are now waiting for someone who will promise to love us forever. Is that you? We promise not to let you down! Available for adoption now!

Meet Cloud!

Hi! I'm Cloud! I am a young and beautiful all-white kitty ... and with my soft fur, I'll be like your own personal fluffy cloud! I am sweet, lovable, and friendly. I am playful and loving, and I will make sure the sunshine also shows through the clouds!

I am bonded with my sister, Roxy, and we would love to stay together. I adore her! We would make the purrfect pair for anyone that wants double the snuggles, double the purrs, and double the joy! And if you're looking for youthful cats that have outgrown that kitten stage, here we are! (I think you'll fall in love right away!)

Meet Roxy!

Hi! I'm Roxy! I am a beautiful bundle of love—gentle, affectionate, and full of charm. I love to play—especially with a laser toy. (You can call me the "Pounce-o-Matic 5000"!) I will help brighten your days and bring warmth to your home.

I am bonded with my sister, Cloud. We adore each other and would love to go home together. We are both lovebugs and you will get double the love, double the purrs, and double the fun (and joy)! We have grown out of that kitten stage, so if you're looking for amazing youthful cats with a zest for life (AND PLAY!) ... we are looking for YOU!

We still have so many kittens in the shelter and in foster homes. We are offering reduced adoption fees on kitten pairs (under a year old). Come whisk-er them away to their furever home!

Sunday, November 9 | Drive-Up Nail Trims at Purrfect Cat Rescue
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Come on out to the shelter for our monthly drive-up nail trim event — $5 cat nail trims while you wait in the car. This event is for previous Purrfect Cat Rescue adopters only. (We will still have our regular nail trim event at Thomas’ Tails later this month.)

Wednesday, November 12 | Chow & Meow at Crumbl Cookies–Crystal Lake
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Wanna feed that sweet tooth? Join us for a fundraising event at Crumbl Cookies in Crystal Lake on Wednesday, November 12. 15% of the proceeds will be donated back to Purrfect Cat Rescue! Show this flyer at the restaurant to participate. If you do not mention Purrfect Cat Rescue or show the flyer, we will not get credit for the sale and lose out on the donation. We will also have a table outside Crumble, selling our homemade pet toys, quilts / blankets, and beds.

Meet Joey!

Hi! I'm Joey! I am the cutest little gray tiger tabby kitty. (Once you see my white paws and beautiful green eyes, you will instantly fall in love!) I am chill, but can be a little nippy. I am curious and just have a lot of energy and need to burn it off!

I do need an experienced pet or kitty owner—someone who can give me patience and extended playtime. I need to be an only kitty, but I *might* be OK with a doggo friend.
